Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers

The way Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher works is by putting a layer of foam over the oil smothering the fire and also preventing re-ignition, the foam also cools the oil.  Wet chemical can also be used on class A fires (wood, paper), but not on class B fires (fuel).
