I wanted to thank you and your organization for such a pleasant experience and prompt response to the situation that [occurred] yesterday at my warehouse in Kennett Square, PA.

Your service technician, Tim was a great guy with a very professional attitude.  And despite my tardiness (I was 15 minutes late…bad form) he proceeded with his job in an efficient, business-like manner.  He even took it in stride when his cordless drill stopped working by quickly explaining what happened and offering suggestions as to how to keep the job going and finishing it.  There were no excuses, no quick slippery talk and no finger pointing.  I’ll do that.  You really should make sure your technicians have solid, reliable equipment.

It’s nice to find that there are organizations that take customer service seriously.  I will have no problem recommending Kistler O’Brien to anyone that has fire protection needs.
