I wanted to thank you for superior effort put forth by your team at our new Northtowne Plaza facility.  As you know our scheduled opening was put in jeopardy by a municipal code interpretation.  In less the two (2) weeks your company designed and documented a system, provided the equipment, handled all municipal issues; and, had the system programmed, operational and inspected.  You exceeded each key milestone, stayed in communication and delivered a project that had no room for errors.  It was truly a “clutch” performance.
