I wanted to send you an email regarding the service your technicians are providing for Knoll, Inc.

We’ve had a good relationship with your company for many years as you  have provided service, installation and engineering/design for the many fire protection systems we employ at Knoll.  I can only say, after evaluation by our new underwriters, that your service has not only grown with Knoll and provided the coverages we require but has, indeed, gotten better.  I want to especially mention Mike Gross and Sherry Durick as always going that extra ‘mile’ to answer my many questions and get me the parts and/or service that I need to keep Knoll a safe and productive operation for our associates and our share holders.
